In general, working for Parabots involves the following:

Function Requirements
You are able to independently develop complex applications and maintain existing applications. You are ambitious, customer-focused and know what is required to make an application successful.
You have experience with development in C#, Python, Javascript, SQL/NoSQL on Microsoft Windows and/or Linux or are willing to learn these languages/environments.
